I am absolutely outraged with Sephora! My Black Card points are showing up as 0, which is completely incorrect and unacceptable. I had a significant amount of accumulated points from numerous previous purchases, and they've just vanished. This isn't a minor inconvenience; it's a blatant disregard for customer loyalty. What's the point of being a dedicated customer and earning points if Sephora just erases them?

I've seen countless other complaints online from people facing the exact same issue, which tells me this isn't an isolated incident—it's a systemic problem. My current Black Card status in the app now shows zero points, which is frankly insulting given how much I've spent. This feels like a direct betrayal of my trust as a customer.

Sephora, you need to fix this immediately. Restore all my missing points to my Black Card, without delay.
