I recently checked my Sephora Black Card account, and to my surprise, my points balance shows 0. However, before this issue, I had accumulated around 11,500 points from multiple purchases. Now, all my points are gone, and I am demanding their immediate reinstatement.
I have noticed that many other customers are experiencing the same issue, which makes me question Sephora’s system reliability. This is unacceptable, especially for loyal customers who spend regularly and trust the rewards program.
I expect Sephora to resolve this issue promptly and return my missing points. If this problem isn’t fixed soon, it will seriously impact my trust in the brand. Please address this ASAP.
