I’m a Sephora Black Card member with card number 9001 054 254 914, and I recently noticed that over 8,000 points on my account have suddenly disappeared without any explanation. I didn’t make a redemption or return any products—my points were simply wiped out.
I tried logging in and out of my account multiple times, even checked via MEB instead of the app, hoping it was just a technical glitch. But nothing has been fixed. My points are still gone, and I haven’t received any communication or support regarding the issue.
Sephora, I’m asking for immediate assistance. I’ve been a loyal customer, and these points were earned fairly through purchases. I expect them to be reinstated right away. Please fix this and restore what I rightfully earned.
