I’m a Sephora Black Card member and I’m completely shocked and frustrated—my points balance, which had over 11,000 points, suddenly reset to zero without any warning or explanation. I didn’t redeem a coupon, I didn’t complete a purchase using points, and yet they’re just gone.

All I did was browse new products and add a few items to my cart. The app showed my points correctly just moments before, then out of nowhere, the balance dropped to zero. I’ve been a loyal customer who shops regularly through the Sephora mobile app, and I’ve earned those points over time with real money—₺ spent on countless purchases.

This is unacceptable. Points like these are part of the reason customers stay loyal. Losing them without using them or being notified feels like a total breach of trust.

Sephora, I need a clear explanation and immediate restoration of my missing points. This isn’t just a glitch—it’s a serious customer issue that needs urgent attention.
