On January 23, 2025, I placed an order through Sephora, but without any explanation, it was canceled. Despite never receiving the product, the charge was still deducted from my card. Since then, I have contacted customer service multiple times through both phone calls and emails, yet all I get is, "the urgency has been noted," followed by no real action.

It has been two months, and my refund is still nowhere to be seen. Every time I reach out, I am brushed off with vague responses. I had planned to reorder the product once I got my money back, but now the price has increased, and I am stuck waiting for my own money.
