I ordered something, right? And I was really looking forward to it. But guess what? When it finally arrived, it was totally obvious that it had been used before. And get this, there wasn't even any protective packaging tape on it. Can you believe that? this is personal HYGINE!!!! I've been trying to sort out this problem for days, but nothing's been done about it, even after all those phone calls. when I checked out the product, I saw this big ol' nail mark on it. Looks like someone might have used it as a saw or something. Also, there's like this obvious lipstick mark on the box, which totally confirms that the thing I got wasn't all fresh and perfect like I thought it would be. how they don't care about this is scandalous. Sephora needs to own up to their mistake and step up their game when it comes to quality control and customer service.
