Refund $$ For May And June, Cancel False JustAnswer Subscr.for 1x Use
I used JustAnswer online to ask a question about renting a Kia Soul through Turo, and I did so with the clear understanding that it was a free service. At no point did I knowingly agree to start a paid subscription, and I was not aware that my use of the service would result in ongoing monthly charges. Later, I discovered that my Visa card, issued by Chase, had been billed for a JustAnswer subscription in May and June. Since these charges were unauthorized and not something I knowingly agreed to, I placed a stop payment on both of them with my bank. I am also very deaf and cannot easily communicate over the phone, which makes resolving this situation via calls extremely difficult for me. I request that JustAnswer immediately cancel any subscription associated with my account and provide a full refund for the subscription charges taken in May and June. I would like this issue to be resolved in writing, without requiring phone communication, due to my hearing disability.
