FamPay Has Not Resolved My Wrong UPI Transfer of ₹1,000

On 21 June 2026, I accidentally made a wrong UPI transaction through my FamPay wallet by scanning a QR code, and an amount of ₹1,000 was sent to the wrong person. The transaction ID is FMPIB5908097349. After realizing the mistake, I immediately contacted FamPay support via email, clearly explaining that the payment had been sent to the wrong UPI ID and sharing all the transaction details. However, I have not received any response so far, my issue has not been resolved, and the money has still not been returned to my FamPay wallet. I request that FamPay urgently investigate this incorrect UPI transfer and either refund the ₹1,000 or reverse the transaction back to my FamPay wallet as soon as possible. I also request to be informed in writing about the outcome of this investigation and the steps taken on this matter.
