I couldn't believe what I saw when I opened the package from a well-known company like Sephora and saw a hair inside. I had no idea that something so disappointing would happen. Because of this, I'm thinking about whether or not I'll buy anything else from Sephora in the future. They should be more careful about what they say when they give orders. It's almost as if the people who are getting the shipments ready are going to leave a little bit of themselves behind. I want the higher-ups at the company to know that I strongly encourage them to stress to their staff how important it is to keep a high level of cleanliness and hygiene. I'm grateful for your help.
