Frustrating Customer Service at Sephora




I recently ordered a bottle of Dior Homme Intense perfume from Sephora's website, a departure from my normal Boyner preference. However, this endeavor was a colossal failure. Typically, with original fragrances, a few first sprays are expected to evacuate any air from the bottle before the aroma is released. However, when I opened the cap on this specific purchase, I was confronted with an unexpected problem. The scent had leaked and soaked into the cap. I first thought it was because of shipping issues, so I cleaned it up and stored it upright. To my dismay, the same leakage occurred the next day, and if I inverted the bottle, scent would trickle out. As a customer, I anticipated a high-quality product. I called out to request an exchange for an undamaged perfume after being dissatisfied with the encounter. If my complaint is not handled, I will not be afraid to exercise my legal rights. Sephora's customer service must step up and deliver on the quality that they offer.
