Sephora's Valentine's Day Gift Was Missing Items and Poorly Packaged

As a Valentine's Day gift for my spouse, I recently purchased a perfume from Sephora. The product was not in its original packaging when it arrived; instead, it was wrapped in a bubble bag. Is this what you envision as a gift? In addition, for orders over 2,000 Turkish Lira, I received a gift box containing six items instead of the promised ten. I contacted customer service on multiple occasions, but they did not appear concerned. I've been a loyal customer of Sephora for nearly a decade, and this experience has left me feeling cheated. I suspect the missing items were the most expensive ones, including Gucci, Lancome, and Nomade perfume. This is improper and unethical. I even took photos of the entire shipment upon delivery and sent them to customer support. I have been practicing law for seven years, and I am appalled that my complaint has received so little attention. I am not suggesting that my entire order was lost, but the missing items were the most valuable. Sephora, shame on you! You might believe that three to five products are inconsequential, but your customers disagree. As a remedy, you should investigate who is responsible for the preparation of these products and hold them accountable. Why were the most expensive items, such as Nomade perfume, Lancome genifique, and Gucci body lotion, not included in the 10-item gift box? I could have purchased my perfume from Jo Malone, but I opted to purchase it from Sephora as a gift instead. Your standards for customer service and satisfaction have failed me.
