I Deposited ₹500 to 1win but the Money Never Reached My Wallet

I made a deposit to my 1win account on 20 June at around 9:21 pm using the UPI payment method. An amount of 500 Rs was deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 1win wallet balance. I have checked my side and I have the transaction details and confirmation showing that the payment was completed, but the money does not appear in my 1win account. I also tried to reach your customer support, but the service is not working and I could not get any help or information about my missing deposit. I request that you urgently check this UPI transaction and either credit the 500 Rs to my 1win wallet as soon as possible or provide a clear explanation of the situation. I am also ready to share the UPI transaction ID or payment screenshot so that you can locate the payment quickly.
