Crypto.com Froze My Account and Blocked Access to $894 for Over a Month

I am using the Crypto.com app in the USA with a personal account in my own name, and my account has been frozen for over a month, preventing me from accessing my funds. A total of 893.68 is currently blocked in my account, and I am unable to withdraw or use this balance in any way. I first contacted Crypto.com support via the in‑app chat on May 18th, 2026 regarding this issue. Since then, I have been in contact with them repeatedly for more than a month, yet my account remains frozen and I still cannot obtain my funds. During this entire period, I have not been given any clear explanation in writing about why my account was frozen or why my money is being withheld. I have also not been asked to provide any documents or additional verification such as ID, proof of address, or source of funds related to this problem. I find it unacceptable that such a significant amount of money is blocked for this long without any stated reason or timeline for resolution. I request that Crypto.com immediately release and refund the full amount of 893.68 to me and restore my access to my funds without any further delay, or provide a prompt and clear solution that allows me to withdraw my money.
