I’m writing to report a frustrating issue I’m having with a Sephora discount code I received. According to the information provided, the code is valid until April 3rd. However, today is March 30th, and the system is already saying that the code has expired—which is simply not true.
I have never used this code before, and it clearly should still be active. I was planning to place an order before it expires, but now I can’t even apply the code at checkout. This is incredibly disappointing and makes me feel cheated out of a promotion I was promised.
Sephora, please resolve this issue immediately. Either reactivate the code or issue me a new one with the same value. I shouldn’t be penalized for a technical glitch on your side. I am a regular customer, and this kind of experience really hurts my trust in your platform.
