On March 11, 2025, I received an SMS from Sephora with a 20% discount code valid for all products. However, when I tried to apply the code at checkout, I kept getting an error message stating that the code was invalid.
I attempted to use the code multiple times, but it still didn’t work. The expiration date is clearly stated as April 22, 2025, yet I am unable to redeem the discount. This is extremely frustrating, as I had planned my purchase based on this promotion.
If Sephora is offering discount codes, they should actually be usable. I expect an immediate resolution—either by reissuing a working discount code or applying the discount to my purchase. Please address this issue as soon as possible.
