On Monday at 8:13 AM, I placed an order for the "Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbar Mini" (₺28,999) from the Trendyol – Sennheiser store with order number "8057070123." Shortly after, at 8:15 AM, I received a message from Trendyol stating, "Hello, we have received your order with number 8057070123." As per Trendyol's order process, it typically proceeds through stages: "1) Order Received – 2) Preparing Your Order – 3) Shipped – 4) Delivered." However, since then, it has been stuck at the "1) Order Received" stage. Around 6:00 PM, I filled out a communication form, receiving a response that my request, with case number 00185660, would be evaluated, and they would get back to me within an average of 48 hours. Yet, I haven't received any follow-up since that day.

On Tuesday, I called the number "0 212 319 97 00" twice at 11:24 AM (1 day) and 11:26 AM (7 days), and despite assurances of a callback, none was received. On Wednesday, I made four more calls to the same number at 2:03 PM (3 days), 2:07 PM (4 days), 3:18 PM (8 days), and 3:27 PM (2 days). During my last call at 3:27 PM, they pointedly accused me, stating, "Your product will be delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo at 4:00 PM. You were informed about this. Weren't you aware?" Regrettably, despite their claims, no one from the number "0 212 319 97 00" contacted me or provided any information. At 4:10 PM and 4:33 PM, I sent two messages to the number "0 538 013 02 38" but received no response. At 4:24 PM, I called Yurtiçi Kargo and learned there was no record of any shipment under my name or phone number. At 4:29 PM, I called the number "0 212 319 97 00" again, where they redirected me to the relevant authority and left me waiting on the line for 8 days, but no one answered.

Once again, at 4:37 PM and 4:39 PM, totaling 15 days, I called the number "0 212 319 97 00," and they informed me of a glitch in processing and shipping, stating that they couldn't dispatch the product today. Dear responsible party, how much longer do you plan to delay my product delivery? How do you plan to train your employees in "The Customer is Always Right" and "Courtesy – Respect"? At this point, I don't care if the product is shipped or not. My intention in placing this order was to "enjoy New Year's Eve in a pleasant manner." Thanks to your employees, this dream has turned into a nightmare. I will never purchase a product from the "Bircom" company again. Meanwhile, I extend my sincere thanks to Trendyol for their attention, courtesy, respectful behavior, and assistance throughout this process!

Finally, at the end of the 4th day, the order has moved to the 2nd stage. Although it doesn't matter much to me anymore, oh well.
