Trendyol Failed to Refund Me for My DJI Osmo Action 3 ST Combo

I purchased an Osmo Action 3 ST Combo with serial number 5S4XM190006B7S from Trendyol, with delivery number 9120809349. After some time, the power button and charging socket developed issues. On September 22, 2025, I sent the product to the Istanbul DJI Service Center under warranty. On October 8, 2025, DJI service issued a return or replacement report. I then received a return code from Trendyol and shipped the product, along with its accessories and service reports, to the seller via Aras Kargo from the Bodrum Yalıkavak branch on October 14, 2025 (tracking number: 5202*******98). When I contacted the seller, I was told that my refund would be processed within three business days after they received the product. However, neither was my money refunded nor was my product returned to me. I submitted multiple requests to Trendyol and spoke with numerous customer representatives, but each time my requests were rejected under the vague claim of “suspicious findings.” The seller, on the other hand, threatened and blocked me, offering no assistance whatsoever. DJI’s authorized service also stated that they could not return the product to me since a report had already been issued. As a result, I have been left without both my product and the ₺11,336 I paid. Additionally, I was subjected to undeserved insults from the seller and suffered emotional distress due to Trendyol’s failure to protect customer rights. I am requesting a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced. I have all the necessary documents, including the invoice, service reports, and conversation records.
