Trendyol Did Not Deliver My Second Product After a Month

I gave 4 stars because the process took a bit long. The customer representative I spoke with was attentive and polite. I thank him very much. I hope the process is made a bit easier. Thank you very much. The issue was not resolved through Şikayetvar. I resolved the problem myself through Trendyol.

On Thursday, November 7, 2024, I placed an order for 2 products with order number 9595467381. On Tuesday, November 12, one of the products was delivered, but the other one never arrived. I informed the local courier representative, but they only said the package was still in the warehouse. When I contacted Trendyol, they kept responding with generic explanations, saying that due to high demand, products may be delivered separately, and delays may occur, asking me to wait. They keep opening records, but no solution is provided. The seller, "Turuncu Elma," claims that both products have been delivered. When I contacted Sürat Kargo and explained the situation, they said the item might be lost and suggested requesting a refund. The issue with the product I paid for is still unresolved. Where is my package? Why is no solution offered? Why does everyone keep passing the responsibility to someone else? Why can’t I receive the product I paid for? The site states, "This delivery will be sent to you in two separate packages. If you haven’t received the other part(s) yet, please wait a few more days." It has been almost a month, and still, no package. I don’t know what else to do now. Opening a record is not solving my problem. How can there be such low-quality sellers and such a poor-quality company? Please resolve my issue immediately.
