My Sennheiser CX 400BT Left Earbud Stopped Working and I Need Repair Guidance

I purchased a Sennheiser CX 400BT True Wireless headset from MediaMarkt on 25.09.2022, and now the left earbud has completely stopped producing sound. Although I’ve taken good care of the device, it’s now out of warranty and the extended protection plan has also expired.

Despite the product being out of warranty, I still want to get it professionally diagnosed and repaired, but I have no idea where or how to send the device for service in my region. I’ve searched for answers but haven’t found clear instructions or contact points.

I kindly request that Sennheiser support assist me by providing the correct service center address or contact information. I’d like to resolve the issue with the non-functional left earbud and continue using my headset, which I was otherwise very satisfied with.

Please help me with the next steps for out-of-warranty service, including any pricing estimates or repair process details. I still trust the brand and hope to have a positive resolution through proper support.
