I purchased a Sennheiser 450BT headphone in October 2024, and I’ve already run into multiple issues. First, there was a problem where no sound was coming from the device, although that seemed to fix itself over time. Now, the ear pad has completely fallen off, and the build quality has become a serious concern for me.
I want to send the product in for service, but there’s a major obstacle—I can’t locate the warranty certificate. I bought the headphones through a third-party seller on Trendyol, and while I’m sure the product is 100% original, I can’t find any documentation to support a warranty claim.
On top of that, I don’t know where to find the serial number on the device, which is apparently needed for service requests. This has made the entire process stressful and frustrating.
I’m requesting that Sennheiser support guide me clearly on how to proceed with sending in my product for repair or replacement. Please let me know how to verify the serial number and whether purchase proof from Trendyol is enough for warranty support. I genuinely like the brand, but this experience has shaken my confidence. I expect a prompt and helpful response.
