I Face Recurring Malfunctions With My Sennheiser CX True Wireless

I’ve been using my Sennheiser CX True Wireless earbuds for about two years, purchased from MediaMarkt Ankara. During this time, the product has malfunctioned four times, roughly every four months, with the same recurring issue each time. I strongly believe the device has a chronic technical defect.

After the most recent malfunction, I reached out for technical support, only to be told that the model has been discontinued and no repair service is available anymore. I contacted both Sennheiser and MediaMarkt customer service, but neither provided a clear or effective solution.

I’m requesting that my earbuds be repaired despite the product’s discontinuation, as repeatedly experiencing the same issue and being denied service has caused significant inconvenience. I expect Sennheiser to take responsibility for an ongoing defect in their product and offer a fair resolution.

Proposed solution: Buy a new headset from our brand and we’ll give you a discount (don’t mind what they call a discount, they just make it look like one, you can find it for the same price online). In short, there is no solution—if it breaks after 2 years, you just have to throw the product away.
