For about two months, my Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless headphones have had no sound coming from the right earcup. I’ve tried all troubleshooting steps — resetting, re-pairing, reinstalling the app, and following every official recommendation — but the issue remains unresolved. The product’s warranty expired 10 months ago.
When I contacted Sennheiser customer service, I was told that there’s a paid repair support policy for one year after warranty expiration, but that my device could not be repaired. Instead, they offered me a discount on a new pair of headphones. I find this unacceptable because, after researching online, I discovered hundreds of users experiencing the exact same issue, indicating a chronic defect in this model. I do not wish to pay again for a product that has a known manufacturing fault.
I purchased my Momentum 4 from Amazon, and I have both the invoice and order number. The right side has permanently stopped working, and the problem has never improved.
I am requesting that my headphones be repaired, or an alternative solution be provided. If this issue is not resolved, I intend to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee under the defective product regulation.
