Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3/ Single Bud Malfunction
I purchased the Sennheiser Momentum Sport earbuds thinking I was investing in one of the top headphone brands—but I’m incredibly disappointed. From the moment I started using them, the left earbud keeps making an annoying beeping sound that won’t stop. It interrupts music, workouts, and calls—making the product almost unusable.
Trying to solve the issue, I scanned the QR code provided and followed every step to activate my account and complete the subscription process. I filled everything out, but the confirmation message never arrives. I’ve repeated the process multiple times and still get nothing. Without that confirmation, I can’t register, can’t use the app features, and can’t access full support.
It feels like these global tech brands completely disregard users from our country. There’s no proper local support, no clear help, and certainly no accountability. It’s as if we don’t matter at all to them.
Sennheiser, I expect better from a premium brand. Fix the beeping issue with the left earbud and resolve the subscription messaging failure immediately. We deserve proper service and respect—no matter where we live.
