My Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones have developed fabric wear and deformation. Despite always storing them in their case, such damage occurring in about a year is unusual and not expected. I am requesting that the product be either replaced with a new one or properly repaired. When the product was only one week old, I already experienced issues and sent it to the service center; however, no repairs were made, and the product was returned to me. I am still facing the same problem: the touch controls frequently stop working, and I constantly have to toggle them on and off through the app. This makes using the headphones very inconvenient.
