I’ve been using the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 earbuds, and as of yesterday, I started experiencing a problem where no sound comes from the left earbud. To diagnose the issue, I tried different devices and applied several recommended fixes — resetting, reconnecting, and reinstalling the app — but none of these solutions worked.
Originally, I had the Momentum True Wireless 3 model. I faced recurring issues with that unit as well, which led to multiple service submissions and eventually a replacement upgrade to the Momentum True Wireless 4. I’ve used the current product with great care, and it has worked perfectly until now. The left earbud still charges, powers on, and responds to touch, but the speaker produces no sound. I can briefly hear sound when I physically hold the earbud, but it cuts out completely when released.
Because the device is expensive and delicate, I’m not comfortable taking it to an unauthorized repair shop. I’ve had the same issue with the previous generation (MTW3) multiple times, and now it’s occurring again with the MTW4. My warranty period has expired, but this seems to be a recurring, design-related issue rather than user error.
In the past, Sennheiser’s service team replaced my device without complications, and I was always satisfied with their support. For this reason, I kindly request either a replacement, a free repair, or at least a paid repair option for my current Momentum True Wireless 4 earbuds.
I would greatly appreciate your help resolving this issue before the product becomes completely unusable.
