Where's the Accountability for Securitas' Poor Post-Sale Service?

I've had a nightmare with Securitas because of the poor quality of their after-sales services. I discovered that their security cameras were not working properly after installing them. When I reported this problem, it took them two frustrating weeks and numerous phone calls to finally send someone over. They fixed it, but just one week later, the cameras started malfunctioning again. I contacted the Fethiye service center, but they ignored my phone calls and messages. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that I was in line and would have to wait for their availability. They still haven't arrived after three days. Here's my concern: they always collect their monthly fees, but what happens if a real threat occurs? Will they be just as careless? I urge them to resolve my issue as soon as possible or refund my money if they are unable to provide the service they promised. It's past time for them to accept responsibility.
