Pronet billed three times the agreed price! In the last week of October, Pronet's field sales manager, Mr. Tolga, and their Manager, Mr. Sefa, inflated the invoice price threefold compared to the promised amount. Despite being a major company, they failed to honor their word. Furthermore, when I requested cancellation, they insisted I pay an additional ₺15,000 for the cameras that remained unused. Don't rely on the assurances of Pronet's field sales consultants. The company fails to stand behind its staff's equipment. They inflated the agreed-upon price of ₺4,000 for my 16 cameras and alarm system to amounts as high as ₺13/14,000 by creating two separate contracts. Despite my objections and providing screenshots as evidence, they refused to assist me. They arrived for installation exactly 4 months later, and I still cannot use the system with only 2 devices functioning. Please avoid working with Pronet. Even with written proof, they are unreliable. You'll end up losing money.
