On May 18, 2024, at 5:00 PM, we noticed an ongoing issue with the Securitas alarm system, as the alarm remained active without interruption. We were told that the service would be provided on the same day at 9:00 PM, but unfortunately, nobody came. Upon reaching out to them once more on May 19, 2024, we were informed that the service was inaccessible. I find this situation quite perplexing, as a company's inability to meet its own service standards can lead to a sense of uncertainty. We were given notice that the service fee amounts to ₺500, and we gave our consent. It's been almost a full day since the alarm started, and it's still going strong. It seems that we will have to pay an additional fee for the service. I kindly request that my concern regarding subscription number 115302 be given due attention.
