Samsung Service Fails Repeatedly Fixing The Obviously Broken TV

for the last 3 months, I've been dealing with a janky product. The service team has come to my place so many times, like at least 10 times. But , I'm still stuck with this problem. I was super desperate and I ended up opening a service ticket with Samsung in Büyükcekmece. They just went ahead and closed my service ticket without even giving me a heads up. Feeling so mad, I called them, but they were like, "Sorry, we can't come unless you pay." Seriously? Seriously, after everything I've been through? worse, I shot an email with pics of the busted TV to the dude at 4447711. They could totally see the issue! How come Samsung's tech service experts can't see it? when I was looking for a TV, I had a hard time deciding between LG and Samsung. Man, I wish I hadn't gone with Samsung! it's just been one letdown after another. They should totally rename it as "Samsung: The Ultimate Regret."
