ProNet Security System Not Working Or Responding
At 16:58, the electricity was cut off and the notification of this came to our phone as a notification from the Pronet application. However, we did not receive any notification afterward and when we checked it on our own initiative, we realized that the Pronet alarm system was completely disabled. The panel is unreachable and they used to call us from the system, no one called and they have no news. We were not at the address, the alarm did not work when we went to the address and the system was disabled during the power cut for 3 hours, we entered the house easily with no alarm detection or anything. The call center couldn't do anything, there is no security in our house, the alarm is disabled, and we are left helpless and unresolved. This cannot be the price of the bill I pay 2000₺ monthly. Therefore, I am complaining about the company.
