I have been using a Securitas alarm system at my workplace in İzmir Bayraklı. Since I have closed this workplace, I submitted a request for the cancellation and dismantling of my alarm subscription. My customer number is 114675. Today I was called at 11:36 and informed that the technical team would come for dismantling in 30 minutes. I arrived at the shop at 12:05 and waited there, but no one came or even stopped by the door. When I called again, I was told that the technical team had come and could not find me, even though I was exactly at the workplace at the time they had specified. From what I understand, the planning department told me “30 minutes” but the team probably came earlier, could not find me after about 15 minutes, and left without making any phone call or providing any information. I called at least five times today and was told “we will call you back” yet nobody returned my calls. I waited for hours in an empty shop; as of 16:40, no solution has been offered and no clear new time has been provided. This situation makes me feel as if I cannot get rid of Securitas. I feel that the process is being intentionally prolonged to add extra days and reflect them on my invoice. A procedure that should have been completed before the holiday has been dragged into the holiday period as well. Operating without proper planning, without confirming a clear day and time, and only saying “we will come in 30 minutes” has caused me serious grievance. I request that my alarm system be dismantled urgently without any further delay and that the days I have been forced to wait, including the holiday period, not be reflected on my invoice under any circumstances. In addition, due to the grievance I have suffered, I request that no dismantling fee be charged to me and that I receive a clear explanation and an apology for the communication and planning failures I have experienced.
