Pronet Alarm Won’t Cancel My Subscription and Keeps Charging Me

I have been trying to cancel my Pronet alarm system subscription in Kayseri for about two months, but despite all my efforts, the cancellation still has not been completed, and money continues to be withdrawn from my account. During this period, I have called Pronet customer service many times—almost a hundred calls. Every time I called, I was told that a different department would call me back to complete the cancellation process, but no one has called, and no concrete action has been taken. Meanwhile, approximately $140 per month has been withdrawn from my account even though I clearly stated that I want to cancel. I find it unacceptable that my cancellation request is constantly postponed and that I am repeatedly told that “another department will call.” I request that my Pronet alarm system subscription be canceled immediately without any further delay, that no more withdrawals be made from my account, that all amounts unjustly withdrawn during the period when I have been trying to cancel be fully refunded to me, and that I be provided with clear written confirmation of the cancellation and the refund.
