Samsung WW90TA046AH/AH Model washing machine, which I bought on 28.03.2023, has been removing the laundry as dirty as it was thrown since the day it started to be used. Despite calling the solution center 5 or 6 times, 1 time the service came and said that there is nothing in this machine, to change the detergent, use a stain remover, 9 kilos of throwing becomes 2 times when it gets wet, etc. It is obvious that they do not stand behind the goods they produce, closing the service requests according to their minds with answers such as etc. My machine washes at 60 degrees without heating. I inform Samsung that I will take legal action if there is no solution to my complaint.
