Samsung WW90TA046AH/AH Washing Machine Keeps Failing and Service Blames Me


I recently bought a Samsung WW90TA046AH/AH washing machine, and even though it's still under warranty, I'm still dealing with ongoing issues. The photos and videos clearly show that the machine has been plagued with ongoing issues, making the whole experience frustrating. Every time I contact the service team, they insist it's a user error, even though it's obvious that the issues aren't my fault. Rather than fixing the issues, they just shift the blame onto the customer. I’m really fed up with this endless back-and-forth and honestly expected way more from a brand like Samsung. I'm hoping they can sort these problems out because I've lost faith in both the product and the service.
There are so many similar complaints about this machine and its series on Şikayet Var, yet Samsung always calls these things user error. This means we will not let go of this issue.
Don't buy Samsung, and don't let others buy it either... Don't regret it; they always blame user error for any issue with the products, regardless of what it is.
No developments have been made by Samsung; regarding the Samsung brand washing machine, no one should make this mistake. This is my warning.
