I Get Intense Shaking on My Samsung 9kg Washer—Still Moves After Service Repair

I bought a Samsung 9kg washing machine in September 2024, but I’ve barely used it—probably no more than 20 times in total, as I haven’t been home much. Yet despite the light usage, a major issue started just after the 5th wash: the machine began to violently shake and move, almost like it’s trying to walk across the room.

I called Samsung technical service, and they replaced a part. But unfortunately, the problem wasn’t solved. The machine still vibrates excessively and shifts position every time it runs. For a product with so little usage and from a brand like Samsung, this level of malfunction is simply not acceptable.

The machine is still under active warranty, and I expected long-term durability when I made this purchase. I didn’t pay for a product that causes stress every time I need to do laundry.
