Samsung WW10N644RBW/AH Washing Machine Persistent Odor Issue
Three years ago, we bought the Samsung WW10N644RBW/AH washing machine. Our refrigerator and air conditioner at home are also Samsung brands, but we're quite frustrated with the issues we've been facing with the washing machine. We've had to contact the service team on several occasions, but unfortunately, they didn't seem to prioritize our issue. I noticed that the laundry wasn't getting as clean as I expected, the fabric softener wasn't dispensing properly, and even the scent of the detergent wasn't coming out of the machine. I feel like I've been throwing my money away. The laundry has an unpleasant odor as if it has been sitting wet in the machine for an extended period of time. Even the outdated machines of my acquaintances manage to thoroughly clean clothes and leave them smelling fresh. Upon the arrival of the service team, they informed us that our usage of the product was incorrect and advised us to only use a half cap of fabric softener. However, despite following their recommendation, the issue persisted. After some time, I managed to find the solution on my own. Eventually, the service returned and acknowledged that there was a problem with the machine. Unfortunately, they failed to provide an additional service receipt and insisted that the issue was resolved by replacing a component within the machine. However, the unpleasant smell still lingers. Once upon a time, we regarded Samsung as a reputable brand that prioritized customer satisfaction. However, given the current circumstances, it seems that I will have to replace the machine and lodge a formal complaint. Despite the machine not being able to wash clothes, it continues to emit an unpleasant odor and fails to effectively clean them.
