Untrustworthy Samsung Service Technician and Air Conditioner Frustration

My air conditioner wasn't cooling properly, so I called Samsung support. G****, a technician, arrived. We had previously hired another technician to fix it because the warranty had expired. The technician repaired the cards, and the air conditioner worked perfectly for the next 20 days. Then it failed again. I explained everything to the new technician, who disparaged the previous one. They later stated that the cards needed to be replaced and quoted a cost of 9,150 lira. They claimed the next day that there were no compatible cards and that they would send the cards to the repair center. This individual was supposed to pick up the cards on September 22 at 3 p.m. but did not appear. We called three times before they said they couldn't send the cards because of interference. I contacted the previous technician, who stated that there is no reason why there should not be cards. He offered to check, but the new technician abruptly left, fabricating lies. Because they told so many lies, I want to verify the information they provided. I believe you should be more selective in hiring employees and service providers.
