The Samsung refrigerator, oven and vacuum cleaner we bought broke down and we called for service. The service that came said that a part of the refrigerator was broken and that it could be repaired for a fee since the warranty had expired. He informed that it was 3,000 TL, took the money and installed the part. (He did not issue a receipt or give an invoice) but after the part was replaced, the cabinet did not perform its cooling function. We called the service again and the service said that the replaced part was in vain and that the fault was not caused by the card replacement and that we had to pay 6,500 TL for it. We will do business by trial and error, a so-called corporate company, a so-called global brand. Neither its technical staff is qualified and knowledgeable nor its customer service solution-oriented. There are 2 rules. Rule 1: Samsung is right. Rule 2 When Samsung is wrong, Rule 1 applies.
Don't buy it, don't mind it. I regret it, I got burned, you don't get burned
