Samsung Air Conditioner Not Heating

Hello, I purchased two Samsung air conditioners five months ago and had them installed. The drainage hoses were discovered to be cracked after installation and were repaired. We decided to use the air conditioners in heating mode when the cold weather arrived, but we soon discovered that they were not blowing hot air. I complained to the central office and asked for an inspection of the air conditioners. When I contacted the service, I explained the situation again. When the service technician arrived, they discovered that one of the air conditioners lacked refrigerant. The other air conditioner was said to be trouble-free.
Given that both air conditioners were purchased concurrently and have a 5-month warranty, demanding payment of 450 ₺ for the second air conditioner while claiming the absence of a problem appears odd. Despite the fact that two repair requests were submitted, it was determined that both air conditioners operate in the same house and are controlled by the same remote control. Demanding money for a product that is still under warranty is unsatisfactory, and I believe it does not reflect well on the Samsung brand.
