Samsung Warranty Coverage Problem

I'm very upset that the remote control for my new Samsung TV doesn't work, which is why I bought it. Even though I bought an extended warranty, Samsung has shown no interest in fixing the problem and has even tried to make me feel bad about it. They haven't done anything to fix the problem, and any attempts to do so have been blocked. Instead, they want me to send the device to a certain address for a month so that it can be fixed. But why should the customer be punished by not having a TV? Why did I pay a lot of money for an extended warranty if the company that sold me a broken product can easily keep it for a whole month? This is the worst kind of lie. I'm going to do everything I can to use all of my legal rights. If Samsung treats us like this, can we really trust them?
