My Samsung Smartwatch Broke Twice in Warranty Period
I sent my Samsung smartwatch in for warranty repairs, but it took them two months to fix it. It has now broken down again with the same problems, and they are requesting payment because the warranty has expired. Seriously? I could understand if it had been a different problem two months ago, but I'm still experiencing the same issue. You are the ones who fixed it! I believe you purposefully made a temporary fix. So, I'm going to assert my rights and file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Court. I will never buy another Samsung product again. I'm frustrated and disappointed by Samsung's poor quality control and lack of customer responsibility. Their carelessness has cost me both time and money. I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be made aware of these issues and reconsider purchasing Samsung products.
