Samsung Repeated Screen Issues and Unacceptable Repair Service
Hello, I bought a 58-inch Samsung television. When the TV was only 5 or 6 months old, the screen started to break. I was determined that it be replaced. Even though it's still under warranty, I won't let the same problem happen after the warranty runs out. Replace my TV, especially since there are many other brands from which to choose. I chose Samsung because I didn't want to be a victim in these kinds of situations. But they fixed my TV after 20 days, and now it's having the same problem again. They want me to pay for service fees and other costs. If my dissatisfaction isn't addressed, I'll talk about it a lot with my close friends and on social media and all other platforms. Now, I can't wait to see how seriously Samsung takes its reputation and how much it stands behind its products. Regards.
