Samsung Qled TV Remote Malfunction

My Samsung TV is still under warranty and the remote stopped working after 8 months. On March 4, 2024, the company promised to send us a new remote within 3 business days. But as of March 9, 2024, 6 business days later, there's still no sign of it being sent. Are they just spreading falsehoods? Or maybe they just can't find someone who's accountable? Maybe they're not fully committed to supporting their products. I won't tolerate it. I will pursue legal action for sure. I'm going to return the product and make sure everyone knows about their dishonesty.
