Samsung Television Panel Defect, Warranty Refused

My Samsung TV, which is still under warranty, was having problems with turning on and off. When I asked for help, they didn't want to send a team and instead guided me through troubleshooting using remote control. They said it would cost 7,000 to fix, even though the problem happened again and it was just a month after the warranty expired. Even though this has been a long-standing problem, the brand did not support its products. The product has extra surge protection, as mentioned in the invoice. But you're asking me to pay for a repair because of a problem with the panel, even though it should be covered by the price I already paid. If this problem has been happening for a while, why didn't you send a team when I called during the warranty period? I wish I never bought this product.

They did not send a service for my issue of opening and closing while it was under warranty. When I experienced the same problem for the second time after the warranty had expired by one month, I contacted them multiple times, but they still demand a fee.

Even though I mentioned that only 1 month has passed since the warranty period, they are demanding a fee because 1 month has passed, despite the fact that when I experienced the same issue within the warranty period, they only provided remote guidance over the phone instead of actual assistance, and it was later understood that the main issue was with the panel. They do not take care of it when it is within the warranty period because it is free.

They offered half the market price and changed the panel; I'm even explaining this situation to people passing by the stores. Even though your chronic defect has been confirmed, you are not taking responsibility for the problem.
