My Samsung QN700B 65" TV Remote Stopped Working Right After Warranty Expired
I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer for years, always trusting the brand for its quality—but this time, I’m truly disappointed. I purchased the Samsung QN700B 65-inch TV, and shortly after the warranty expired, the remote control stopped working completely.
It’s frustrating that such a key component would fail so soon after the warranty ends, especially when I expected more durability from a premium model. I haven’t dropped or damaged the remote in any way—it simply stopped responding. I’ve reached out to Samsung support and hope they’ll offer a fair solution, even though the warranty has expired.
