Samsung Service Damaged My Phone Screen and Now Wants ₺3100 to Fix It

Having problems with the screen and getting charged extra after the service. I sent my phone to Samsung BDH service for a battery replacement, and after 20 days, they let me know that the back cover also needed replacing. I went ahead and paid ₺2600. After waiting a month for the device to come back, I finally got it today and saw some green and white colors showing up on the screen. I quickly got in touch and sent it back, but this time I was told I had to pay ₺3100 for a screen replacement. My screen was fine before; it came back damaged after the service, and now they want to charge me ₺3100 for repairs.

They were no help at all and now want me to pay for the screen they damaged. Definitely do not choose Samsung; Apple is way ahead when it comes to quality over products like these.

"Samsung solution center and BDH service did not provide any solutions or sufficient information. Despite my request to determine where the phone, which I sent without damage, was damaged (during shipping or at the service center). The only thing they did was try to evade the issue by saying, "It came to us like this."
