Hello, I am using a Samsung Z Fold 3 device. Some spots started to form on the inner screen protector of this device and an air bubble appeared on the top of the screen. Today I took it to Ouno Samsung Service (Ataşehir). I wanted to change my inner screen protector. I have never had it changed before. No phone shop outside installs an inner screen protector for this device. When I wanted to install it from Samsung, I was asked for money. The price of the screen protector for the device, which I could not even get product service support from outside, was 1000 liras. I absolutely do not accept this price. The authorized service guy said it would be changed for free, but then he said he would be charged. I demand that this problem be solved and my screen protector be renewed only once.
