Samsung's Defective Product Shipment
On August 18, 2023, I purchased a set of home appliances from Samsung, including a TV, refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher. Upon unpacking the refrigerator, I immediately noticed paint stains on the side and peeling in two different places on the front cover. Consequently, I decided not to proceed with the installation and requested a replacement for the defective product. To my surprise, three days later, I received an installation receipt! During subsequent conversations with customer service, they explained that there had been a technical issue but assured me that the product had been fixed. It's now been exactly two weeks, and I've been trying to ascertain the status of the replacement for this entire duration. Every time I call customer service, they redirect me to the service department, and when I call the service department, I never receive a response from anyone. Today, when I contacted the solution center, they informed me that they have no stock of refrigerators and that the replacement won't arrive until September. Additionally, they have no information about which model will be sent. Is Samsung's logistics process so unreliable that they can't even predict which models will be available when? Smaller brands wouldn't treat their customers this poorly. Not only did I receive a defective product, but now I'm expected to wait two months for a resolution. It's a complete disaster, especially considering how essential a refrigerator is. I haven't been able to store food for two weeks, forcing me to eat every meal outside. I've been a loyal Samsung customer for years, and I've never experienced such incompetence and disgrace. Please replace the defective product promptly. Customers shouldn't have to endure such suffering, especially when the issue lies with Samsung, not some unknown company. It's truly a tragicomedy.
