My Dissatisfaction with Samsung TV Replacement

I'm about to file a second complaint against Samsung, which I never thought I'd have to do. We're in the process of replacing our TV, and on August 19, 2023, I started the process and paid the required fee. Despite being told that the new TV would be delivered within 20 days, I have yet to complete this process. I've called the call center several times and contacted authorized dealers with no success. Believe me, I deeply regret choosing Samsung and purchasing the majority of my home appliances from them. I respectfully request that Samsung resolve this issue as soon as possible in a manner commensurate with the company's reputation and alleviate my frustration.
