Samsung Refrigerator Broken And Cannot Be Replaced For 4 Months

I previously filed a complaint regarding a malfunction in my Samsung refrigerator on September 13, 2023. Unfortunately, the same error occurred twice more after that incident. On December 13, 2023, I initiated another service request due to the recurring issue. The service representative, who arrived on December 18, 2023, attached a device to the refrigerator, returned the next day, removed the device, and reported to the center that the cabinet needed replacement. Although I was promised a new refrigerator within 3-4 days, it is still pending approval from the center for replacement and subsequent order and installation approval.
Unless I contact the customer service line, there is no proactive communication from their end. Samsung's reluctance to replace a malfunctioning refrigerator, which has experienced the same error three times in four months, has resulted in a significant failure in terms of customer satisfaction. My home has been without a refrigerator for 13 days since December 13th, and there is a child at home. In the face of this indifference, there is nothing more to say. I am now determined to pursue legal action to seek compensation for all my material and moral grievances.
